The worksheet “new” is always latest and counts toward this limit; remaining worksheets are selected by date.
Automatic sends require importing and updates enabled, with Preview only unchecked. Only subscribers receive updates; a tracking subscription is not verified ownership. Preview events and pre-activation updates are never replayed. Customers can send STOP UPDATES to unsubscribe. Quiet hours defer delivery; uncertain sends require manual review and are not retried.
Column overrides are optional header names: tracking, customer, seller, weight, flight.
Automatic name matching
Exact full names only, ignoring capitalization and extra spaces. One eligible customer with a WhatsApp ID is required. Similar names, duplicate names and opt-outs are skipped. These are inferred links, not verified ownership. Existing packages are linked silently; genuinely new packages can generate updates after the first baseline.
